    Booking Parties and Event Management are two Independent services and need separate sign ups for Booking a Party and Creating an Event . To book an Event Partying.

    It is mandatory for any end user to register, on the Bindass Party, if he want to book any party If he is registered, then steps to create/buy any party/event/catering package are given below.
  • 3. Can I modify the search results , on the Bindass Party website?
    1. User has the option to modify the search results, on the ‘Search Results’ page.
    2. After searches for any restaurant, when user goes on the ‘Search Results’ page.
    3. User has the option to change ‘City’, ‘Location’, ‘Number of People’,‘Event Date’ and ‘Time slot’ and click on the ‘Search’ button to modify the search results.

    User can check the availability of any catering package by following the steps, which are mentioned below:

    1. Open the Bindass Party website.
    2. Home page will appear.
    3. Click on any featured package which appear under the ‘Featured Deals’ section.
    4. ‘Details’ page of relevant catering package will appear.
    5. Go to ‘Party Packages & Availability’ section.
    6. Select any time slot from the available options under the ‘Party Packages & Availability’ section.
    7. Enter number of people in the relevant field.
    8. Select the event date from the relevant field and click on ‘Show’ button.

    The steps to sign up, on the Bindass Party are given as below:

    1. Open the Bindass Party website.
    2. Home page will appear.
    3. Click on the ‘Signup’ link which appears, on the right side of home page and relevant page will appear.
    4. Enter valid values in all the required fields and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
    5. ‘Your are registered successfully, on the Bindass Party. message will appear.
    6. User will also receive the confirmation email, on his email address.
  • 2. Can Bindass Party deactivate or delete my account?
    Yes, site admin has the authority to deactivate/delete the account of user, if user is making fake orders.

    User can login to his account, on the Bindass Party by following the steps, which are mentioned below:

    After getting confirmation mail, on his email address.
    User has to click on the login URL link, which user has received, on his email address.
    Home page of the Bindass Party website will appear. Now, user need to follow the steps mentioned below:

    1. Click on the ‘Login’ link, which appears, on the right top side of the home page.
    2. Enter valid email in the ‘Email’ field and valid password in the ‘Password’ field.

    4. ‘Login’ popup will appear.
    5. Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link and relevant page will appear.
    6. Click on ‘Email/Mobile’ link.
    7. Enter valid email/mobile in the relevant fields.
    8. Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ button.
    9. After that user will get the link to reset new password and can reset new password.

    User can change his password, on the Bindass Party website by following these steps:

    1. Open the Bindass Party website.
    2. Home page will appear.
    3. Login with valid user credentials and user dashboard will appear.
    4. Click on the ‘Profile’ link and ‘Edit Profile’ page will appear.
    5. Enter valid values in the ‘Current Password’,’New Password’ and ‘Confirm Password’ fields.
    6. Click on ‘Change Password’ button and user is able to change the password.

  • 1. How can I book any catering package?
    User can book any catering package by following the steps which are mentioned below:

    Search
    1. Open the Bindass Part website.(www.bindassparty.com)
    2. Login with valid user credentials.
    3. Click on ‘Restaurant’/’Home & Office’ link and relevant section will appear.
    4. Enter valid values in the ‘City’,‘Location’, ‘Number of People’, ‘Event Date’ and ‘Time Slot’ required fields. Click on ‘Search’ button.
    5. The relevant catering packages of restaurants/caterers will appear.

    Select food items
    1. Click on the ‘View Details’ button for any catering package which appear, on the ‘Search Results’ page.
    2. Food items selection page will appear and select the food items as your choice.
    3. Click on the ‘Review & Confirm Order’ button and ‘Booking Details’ page will appear..

    Booking & Payment
    1. Click on ‘Pay Booking Amount’ button which appears, on the ‘Booking Details’ page.
    2. Select the payment method and make payment.

    You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section
    In the My Account page, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the 'Order Number' link.
  • 2. What do the different status mean?
    Payment Pending Authorization:Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.

    Payment Authorized, Order under Processing:Authorization has been received from the payment gateway and your order is being processed by the seller.

    Order Shipped:Your order has been shipped by the seller and is on its way to the location specified by you for delivery.

    Order Cancelled:The order was cancelled.
  • 3. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
    When user make the payment of booking amount. An Order ID will generate on the ‘All Orders’ page with status ‘Booked’. The confirmation email regarding the order will also received, on the user’s email ID.

    Cancellation & Returns

  • 1. How do I cancel the order?
    User can cancel the booked order by following the steps, which are mentioned below:

    1. Open the Bindass Party website.
    2. Login with valid user credentials.
    3. User’s dashboard will appear.
    4. Click on the ‘Users’ link and select the option ‘All Orders’.
    5. ‘My Orders’ page will appear.
    6. Click on the ‘Cancel Order’ link and ‘Order Review’ page will appear.
    7. Click on the ‘Ok’ button for the confirmation of cancel order.
    8. ‘Your order has been cancelled’ message will appear.
    9. User will get the refund after the days as per the business conditions of relevant package, which user has booked
  • 2. When are refunds provided?
    Refunds are issued when:

    Seller cannot provide replacement
    In-line with Buyer Protection, when a dispute has been ruled in your favour.

    Seller allows Refunds on select categories under certain conditions. Please check with the individual Seller's Returns Policy.

    You can view the notifications, on your email address/mobile number with which you have registered, on the Bindass Party website.
